Refund policy

We want you to love your order—and we’re here to help if something’s not right.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- A clear photo showing the issue

- A short description of the problem

- Your order number

Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.


2. Buyer’s Remorse & Order Changes

As all our items are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds for:

- Choosing the wrong size or color

- Changing your mind after purchase

- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Please double-check your order details—especially sizes and shipping information—before placing your order.


3. Wrong Size or Address Entered

If you made a mistake in your order (e.g., wrong size or address), contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. After that, the item may already be in production and changes or cancellations will not be possible.


4. No Physical Returns

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns to a physical address. Any item sent back to us will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
